Lisa Duclo joined Will & Will Real Estate Brokers from Coldwell Banker United in Champions. Before joining Coldwell Banker, Ms. Duclo accumulated significant experience in distressed real estate transactions including foreclosures and short sale transactions, which add layers of bureaucracy and complexity by adding 3rd party negotiations with a seller's lender. And while Ms. Duclo is an expert with distressed real estate sales - working with buyers, sellers, and investors - she also works regularly with conventional buyers and sellers with an unparalleled standard of service, integrity, and tenacity.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Ms. Duclo's employers include the foreclosure brokerage Nicola Real Estate, where she was the top closing coordinator for high volume foreclosure sales. Next she became the short sale mitigation specialist at National Short Sale Mitigation / Century 21 where she specialized in negotiating short sales and other types of specialized transactions. At Coldwell Banker she expanded her practice with conventional buyers and sellers.

Ms. Duclo is a native Houstonian and grew up inside the loop. She has two daughters who graduated from Klein Oak High School in Spring and are now in college in Texas. She and her family have lived in the Spring/Tomball area since 1986.

Now with Will & Will Real Estate Brokers as Licensed Manager, Ms. Duclo is key in helping the firm grow and helping with clients from Conroe, Spring, Tomball, Cypress, Inner Loop, and the west side. As a native Houstonian and with her depth of industry experience, she brings a wealth of area contacts and invaluable experience, both as an agent and in business operations, and other resources to the firm, including her positive outlook, aggressive client advocacy, rock solid integrity and spine of steel, and her trademark never-ending hilarious sense of humor.
