As an independent agent, she worked for several national franchise names before striking out independently as "Lelda Will Properties." Lelda represented the developer of most of the lots along Willow Creek Golf Course in "The Greens" section of Northampton Estates, and she helped most of the original buyers through the process of building true custom homes on and off of the golf course. To this day nobody has more knowledge or expertise in true custom homes and the process of true custom building (from designing plans through moving in). In 2003, Lelda was joined by her son Nick and they formed an effective and powerful partnership that saw the firm quintuple its sales in only 3 years. Under the firm name "Lelda Will Properties," they became the leading boutique brokerage in north Spring and worked with clients throughout Spring, Magnolia, The Woodlands, Tomball, and the inner loop as they still do with their private clients.
